Eligibility for scholarships depends on both household income and state participation under the ECCA program.

In general, students may qualify if:

  • their household income is at or below 300% of the Area Median Income (AMI) for their region and household size, and
  • they reside in a state that is participating in the program.

All applicants must also complete the required verification process and submit supporting documentation. Final eligibility determinations are made during the formal application review.
