Vendors can begin preparing by reviewing their product or service offerings to ensure they align with educational use requirements and by organizing the materials needed for marketplace onboarding.

Beginning in Q2 of 2026, vendors are encouraged to onboard through Well Planned Learning, where they can establish their storefront, upload approved products and services, and test fulfillment workflows within an active ESA marketplace environment.

Vendors may also use this time to familiarize themselves with the platform’s built-in marketing tools, including landing page creation and campaign preparation, so they are well positioned as marketplace participation expands.
