The Well Planned marketplace is the secure purchasing and vendor platform that supports scholarship-funded educational purchases across the Well Planned Education ecosystem.
To serve different educational settings, the marketplace operates across three purpose-built environments:
- Well Planned Learning (state ESA marketplace) — the active marketplace used for participating state-level ESA programs. Beginning in Q2 of 2026, vendors may onboard here to build their store, add products and services, and test fulfillment processes.
- Well Planned Homeschooling (federal) — the federal marketplace environment designed to support approved purchases for eligible homeschool students as the national program launches.
- Well Planned Schools (federal public and private) — the federal marketplace environment designed to support classroom and school-based purchases for participating public and private schools.
Together, these environments create a structured, compliant system that allows vendors, schools, and families to access approved educational resources efficiently as the program expands.
