The federal ECCA scholarship program is currently in the preparation phase and is not yet awarding scholarships.

Well Planned Education is actively building the infrastructure, completing required registrations, onboarding vendors, and preparing schools and families so the program is fully ready when scholarship applications open in January 2027.

Families may complete priority registration now to secure their place in line and receive updates as their state becomes eligible and the application window approaches.

Taking these early steps ensures students are positioned to benefit as soon as the program becomes active.
