Well Planned Learning is the multi-vendor marketplace within the Well Planned Education ecosystem that supports participating state-level ESA programs.

The platform is registered to operate within approved state ESA environments, allowing vendors that meet state eligibility requirements to offer approved educational products and services through a structured marketplace.

While Well Planned Learning operates independently from the federal Scholarship Granting Organization (SGO) program, it serves as the active vendor onboarding and operational environment ahead of the federal rollout. Vendors may use the platform to establish their storefront, add products and services, and test fulfillment processes in a live ESA marketplace setting.

Beginning in Q2 of 2026, vendors are encouraged to onboard to Well Planned Learning to prepare for future participation in the federal marketplace environments, including Well Planned Homeschooling and Well Planned Schools.
