As a Scholarship Granting Organization (SGO), Well Planned Education operates under the federal framework established by the Educational Choice for Children Act (ECCA) and applicable U.S. Treasury guidance. Internally, the organization maintains structured compliance procedures, financial controls, and marketplace safeguards designed to monitor eligibility, purchasing activity, and fund flows.
As states opt into the program, Well Planned Education also aligns with any required state-level registration and oversight processes to ensure continued compliance within participating jurisdictions.
