Vendors should still begin by onboarding through Well Planned Learning, which serves as the primary entry point for the Well Planned ecosystem.

During the onboarding process, products and services are reviewed against applicable program guidelines. If an offering is not eligible for participating state ESA programs but meets federal marketplace criteria, it may be designated for the appropriate federal marketplace environment rather than the state marketplace.

This structured approach allows vendors to prepare within a single system while ensuring that product availability aligns with the requirements of each program.
