Public schools that wish to actively coordinate participation are encouraged to register with Well Planned Education. During registration, each school may designate whether school administrators or the PTA will serve as the primary program coordinator.

In addition, individual students must submit their own scholarship applications and meet all eligibility requirements.

Once a participating school is registered and eligible students are approved, the program infrastructure is designed to support scholarship-funded purchases that benefit classrooms and students while minimizing administrative burden.
