Once a student qualifies, scholarship funds are administered through the Well Planned Education marketplace.

If the student’s school is registered with Well Planned Education, the school is notified and activates its marketplace access. School leadership then determines who within the organization has purchasing authority and how funds will be allocated to support classroom and school needs.

The system is designed to keep the process seamless, transparent, and manageable for school staff.
