No. Participation in the ECCA program is entirely voluntary for public schools, private schools, PTAs, and supporting organizations.
Schools may choose the level of involvement that best fits their needs and internal capacity. Well Planned Education is designed to support schools that wish to participate while respecting the independence and operational structure of each institution.
The program is intended to provide an additional resource for eligible students and classrooms, not to replace or require changes to existing school operations.
