Well Planned Learning operates independently from the federal Scholarship Granting Organization (SGO) program.

It currently serves participating state-level ESA programs and functions as the active multi-vendor marketplace within the Well Planned ecosystem. However, the platform is intentionally designed to help vendors prepare operationally for future participation in the federal marketplace environments.

Vendors that onboard to Well Planned Learning in advance can establish their storefront, upload approved products and services, and test fulfillment processes in a live ESA environment. Additional federal onboarding requirements and guidance will be provided as the national program rollout approaches.
