If a participating school or eligible user identifies a legitimate need that is not currently listed, the item or provider may be submitted for review. Well Planned Education evaluates these requests in alignment with applicable program guidelines and marketplace standards.
For larger schoolwide initiatives or specialized needs, Well Planned Education may work directly with the participating school to review and coordinate appropriate funding solutions. When appropriate, new products, services, or vendors may be added to the marketplace to support future purchases.
